The Emphasis of our site is on the STUDENT Dancer(s) and Troupe' (TCG) activities under the direction of MariJahne'. All participants are encouraged to support and take advantage of all the activities offered by the Belly Dance Community in general. ( we try to publish info about as many events as possible throughout the local area)

ABOUT MariJahne':
MariJahne' (director and founder of Crazy Camel Caravan and the Tin Can Gypzee's ) has been a continuing instructor/student in the Art of Middle Eastern dance for over 25 years.
Over the years she has held teaching positions at the Lakeland Recreational Facilties(1985-2003 during which time she founded the Arabian Knight's Fantasy Dance Troupe) City of Rome, GA. and GA Highlands College (2004-2006). She currently teaches Bellydance, in S. Lakeland, Plant City and at her home studio in Mulberry.

MARIJAHNE' is proud to say many students are now performers (some award winning) and teachers in thier own right.
Who are the Tin Can GypZee's ? They are a dance Troupe comprised of Regular people who want to enjoy dancing, beating on a drum, laughing and making life fun. The "tin can" may not be glamorous but it IS sturdy, has longevity AND there's always something interesting inside. (and they can be recycled... LOL) There is ALWAYS value in a Tin Can.©
